Help text Hyper link not redirecting to correct external page

Summary:

When the user clicks on the Help text icon it should open a help text page based on the link provided in the personalization.

But the issue is If the user clicks on the help icon on any Work area in Career Development Page, That Help text link is redirecting to same external help page for all other screens in the Career Development Pages.
