I am not able to get the new receipt (Redwood UI) after following below steps.

Summary:

I have followed this following steps and yet i am not able to get the new receipt yet after enabling the profile option old receipt got missing across the whole users.
Anyone know whats the cause of this ?

  1. Manage Receiving Profile Options
    1. configure ORA_RCV_INBOUND_SHIPMENTS_REDWOOD_ENABLED to "Yes"
    2. configure ORA_RCV_INBOUND_SHIPMENTS_SUPPLIER_PORTAL_REDWOOD_ENABLED to "Yes"
    3. configure ORA_RCV_RECEIVING_RETURNS_REDWOOD_ENABLED to "Yes"
    4. configure ORA_RCV_SELF_SERVICE_RECEIVING_REDWOOD_ENABLED to "Yes"
    5. configure ORA_RCV_SSP_DISPLAY_ITEM_PRICE to "Yes"
    6. configure RCV_SSP_REQUIRE_BLIND_RECEIVING to "Yes"
