Error response during Rest Action on Executing the transactions for Salary History

Summary:

I have created a custom role for the compensation and mapped it to the User A. The user A is able to view the data for Salary Change, Individual Compensation and Administer Compensation. For the user B I have mapped the same role that the user A has but have restricted the user B by using the FND_READ_Only in the profile Option. When I login to the user B,I get the error response during Rest Action on Executing the transactions for Salary History, and Individual Compensation and Administer Compensation.Could you please let me know on how do I proceed further.
