Unrestricted processing limited to only once in a day

Summary:

We have a case where emp enter the Self service flow and enrolls in a unrestricted plan which has dependent designation as well. Later on the same day , he adds a new contact , but he is not able to see the new contact added. I think since the Unrestricted processing is set as only once a day processing thats the reason its not re-evaluating to pick the new contact. Is there any way where we can enable Unrestricted processing from self service as many times in a single day?
