To restrict the start date on Travel request of Expense authorization page.

Summary:

Customer needs to restrict start date -> so that user should not be allowed to select backdated date. Can only select SYSDATES and future dates.

In below authorization screen-

Currently we do have some condition applied on End date. if we select end date less than start date it gives error and does not allow us to submit.

Similarly, we need to apply condition for start date.

Please let us know if there is any way to do this.
