How to Include Language Attribute in Eloqua Design Editor

in Eloqua 8 comments

Hi,

We are currently working on improving the web accessibility of our emails and newsletters created in Eloqua, and one of the requirements for accessibility compliance is to define the language attribute (<html lang="en">) in the HTML of our email templates.

However, we’ve encountered a challenge as the Eloqua Design Editor does not seem to provide a straightforward way to add the lang attribute to the email HTML. We are aware that this attribute is essential for accessibility purposes, as it helps screen readers and other assistive technologies understand the language of the content, improving the experience for users with disabilities.
