C5ISR Audit (User Access and Behavior)

We need to create BI report(s) that include as much of the FUNCTION information below as possible for audits. Already finding some useful data in the ASE_USER_LOGIN_INFO and PER_USER_ROLES tables but still looking for most of it. I suspect some of this info is not contained in fusion tables but would like to identify as much as possible. Note that API calls are not an option for us, must be BI reports.
