UNABLE TO GET THE EMAIL DELIVERY REPORT WHILE SENDING THE INVOICES TO CUSTOMER BY EMAIL BUSTING

Summary:

We are currently facing a challenge with the BIP Email Bursting process used for sending invoices to customers. As part of our custom report setup, the invoices are being sent to over 5,000 customers each time. However, we are unable to identify which emails were delivered successfully and which were not.

This lack of visibility is causing difficulty in responding to client queries regarding undelivered invoices. We need a reliable solution or mechanism to track the email delivery status for each customer when using BIP bursting.

Could anyone please advise on a suitable approach or solution to:
Track the success/failure status of each email sent via bursting.
