Learning Sub Admin Role

Summary: Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to create a custom role (Sub Admin) and give him access to the courses as per his department only. For Eg: If Sub Admin A is from HR Department then he should be able to view only HR Department Courses. User B (Sub Admin) is from IT Department then he should be able to view only IT Department courses only.

To Achieve this:

  1. Created Custom Role Sub Admin by Copying Learning Specialist Role
  2. Created Valueset DFF on Course Page and select the department when creating the crouses.
  3. Followed the below document to restrict the Sub Admin to view courses.
