25B Configuring Public Workers for Oracle Search clarifications

Hello experts,

we are one of the customers that suggested this feature as we already implemented Redwood in our environment. What happens is the public person security profile is not working when using Oracle Search. We have roles (mostly HR roles) that can see all of the workers, and some roles like Employee role that has a restriction in the public person security profile.

But what's happening is even those users with Employee role can now see all the workers in the public person searches without restriction.

From our review, you can now select from these options to define Public Worker Access filtering.
