Sometimes our data tables get this orange symbols over the icons, what does this mean?

Summary:

Every now and then we get this orange symbol that displays over our data tables. It seems to come and go but it CPQ will put this on all the tables, not just the ones we may potentially be working on. The one time I asked an Oracle analyst about it they didn't seem to know.
