Change language Display name in External Career site

Hi,

We are trying to change the dropdown language name from Nederlands to Dutch in External career site.

Looking for ways, the most possible option is the User Interface Text. However, for some reason the word Nederlands cannot be search.

If someone can provide a way to change the display name, that would be very helpful. Thanks
