Supplier Role Removal

we are deprovisioning a role to our existing supplier users and preventing this role to be defaulted to new supplier users
and preventing this role to be defaulted to new supplier users. We followed the following steps: 1. Deprovision role from all existing supplier users. 2. disable automatic assignment of the role through setup and maintenance task by unchecking the role. 3. Removed the role in OCI and from the integrated application provisioning, however when the supplier registers he still sees the option to select the role, although the box is unchecked he sees the option to check it. How can we remove this from the supplier registration UI.
