After Configuring CyberSource Payment System, all values changed to a 17 digit value

We have configured CyberSource application and generated necessary keys. After attempting to configure the seeded CyberSource Payment System and input all necessary values/keys/etc. all the values changed to a 17 digit number. Is this intended behavior to mask the keys? How do we know our values we input are correctly still configured?

We have done necessary setups and received a timebound key from oracle to enable credit card feature
