Adding a pop-up to inform end users about the map feature on the main jobs listing page

Summary: We need to add a pop-up icon on the main job listings page and another pop-up near the button that switches between list and map views. The pop-up will explain the map feature and let users know they can switch to it. Right now, the page always starts in list view, which works well, but many people may not know they can use the map view. Can anyone confirm if this setup can be done and how?
