Recommended way to flip dimension in EPCM

Recommended way to flip dimension (Entity, Company) in EPCM

Want to move hierarchies between two dimensions, Entity and Company.

Current State

1. Entity (Out of the Box dimension in EPCM)
   1. Has all CostCenters built in it
2. Company (Custom dimension created)
   1. Has all company members in it

Future State

1. Entity (OOTB)
   1. To have company members
2. CostCenter (Custom)
   1. To have CostCenters

Now based on the current state, I have a lot of Forms, Rules built, so how can I achieve the flipping of dimensions with less impact or best recommended way to achieve this.
