Advice on where to store OFCCP Section 503 data (Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act)
Summary
Looking for advice on where to store the Dept of Labor OFCCP Section 503 dataContent
Hello!
I'm curious if anyone else has been challenged on where to store the data generated from the Dept of Labor's OFCCP Section 503 surveys.
http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/section503.htm
Answers to the survey are:
- Yes, I have a disability
- No, I don't have a disability
- I don't wish to answer
We see where we can possibly store the data for Yes/No responses in the manage person screens (Core).
Does anyone have a solution/work around for employees that chose "I don't wish to answer"? We need to store it somewhere for DOL reporting. We've considered flex-fields, but we'd like to handle this in the Disability screen.
