Send message functionality in Redwood

Summary:

When using 'Send Message' (to send message in bulk for candidates) or 'Compose' on messages tab on candidate profile, we are missing the option for 'Design' where we were able to select the HTML design template in responsive pages (Manage HTML Email Templates).

Is this feature in the pipeline, when would this be available?
