i need to delete my account of oracle cloud free because have been hacked

Summary:

i cant recover the access to my account with the option forget password, idont recieve the link reset mail. i need to delete the account because if i try to make new account dont let me because say that only use one name per free account. and a support guy of support chat say to me

Please note that once you delete the account, you  cannot re-create free trial account since free trial is offered only once per user.

So i dont know what to do . I need a free account, i can use other name but when i configure payment method surely i have a problem because the form use the name to validate credit card, so idont know how can i solve the problem
