Where can I find the list of Grants referencing to a user I need to delete in OCI?

This warning shows up when I try to delete user in OCI "Unable to delete user since it is currently referenced by one or more grants."

I've already revoked the user's access from the applications where they previously had Service Admin privileges. However, I continue to receive the same warning when deleting them.

There is a "Force Delete" option, which will automatically remove all associated grants, but before proceeding, I’d like to review the specific grants currently assigned to the user.

Is there a way to view these grants without using the REST API?
