Redwood How to disable Address Search

We are testing Redwood pages and HR are unable to add addresses.

Prior to today, it had Address line 1, Address line 2, and Address line 3, City, Province and Postal Code. Now it shows as below and we are unable to search for addresses in the Address Search bar.

Has anyone encountered this issue?
