Cascading Goal Functionality Not Available in Oracle Fusion Goal Management

Customer requires cascading of goals from CEO to managers and then to their direct reports, as done previously in Oracle EBS. However, the cascading option is not visible in Oracle Fusion Goal Management.

Problem Description:
Hi,

We have a customer requirement related to Goal Management in Oracle Fusion HCM. As per their business process:

  1. The CEO creates organization-wide goals.
  2. These goals are cascaded down to managers.
  3. Managers then cascade the same goals to their respective team members.

This cascading feature was available and actively used in Oracle EBS Goal Management. However, while reviewing the Oracle Fusion Goal Management module, I am unable to find the Cascading option or functionality to meet this requirement.
