How to enable Spanish language in HCM Skills in FA Digital Assistant

Summary:

We have a requirement to enable Spanish language in our FA Digital assistant and subsequently in all Core HCM skills that contribute to the ODA.

Our findings so far - in order to implement Spanish language we need to individually add Spanish utterances in request and response and resource bundle / as well as lot of work in intent ?

If this is true, then the native language support as published by Oracle is not very helpful, where Implementation partners have to do all converting of English utterances, messages into Spanish and then test it. (which could be in thousands)

Could you please confirm to what extent does Oracle provide support for Spanish language in skills and how much / what efforts do I need to perform to make this happen
