How is the address populated for employees who are in the Global Talent Community Pool?
Summary: We are experiencing an issue with background checks being performed on internal applicants who apply for promotions.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Internal applicants who apply for promotion have a background check performed before the promotion is finalized. External candidates in our Global Talent Community Pool have their 'Home Address' in the address section whereas current employees have their 'Work Address' in the Address section. When the background check is initiated it sends the vendor their work address instead of the home address which is needed for the background check.
I haven't been able to find a configuration item that I can change to provide the correct address so my question is where is the setting that determines which address value that gets populated in the candidate pool and how can I correct the current values?
