Direct and Indirect Reports OTBI data using HR Help Desk Subject Area

We are creating an OTBI analysis using the "HR Help Desk Service Requests Real Time" Subject Area. When a line manager accesses the report, it does not automatically filter the data to show only records related to their direct and indirect reports.
The user testing this has been assigned the following duty roles: Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent and Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Manager. However, the report still displays unfiltered data, indicating that the roles are not enforcing the expected data security based on the manager's hierarchy.
Any advise on how to ensure the report properly filters data according to the line manager’s reporting structure.
