Redwood Position management enablement in Core HR and ORC

Customer had done the implementation based on Job, Department, Location and Grade workforce structures.

Now, they are planning to move to redwood along with Position management enablement. The position management should include, Budgeting, ORC, Vacancies, Vacancy requisition creation, Single incumbent position, Grade ranges/rates.

What would be the better approach to achieve above in a controlled way.
