How to tag candidates to their respective positions at offer stage

Summary:

At my client organisation we have removed blank requisitions however they still use Existing Requisitions which cannot be identified if the requisition has position or is blank until at basic Info field and can be missed out by the HR. If a requisition was initially blank, it indirectly creates a new blank requisition. Also, there is no field to tag different positions within one requisition, leading to position tagging at the offer level.

Request if anyone can share if the below points are feasible in Oracle.

• Raise a requisition for replacement position and select number of opening more than one.
