View payroll info not showing in Benefits service center in Redwood

Summary:

Earlier under rates, user could see the 3 dots, which used to show the Payroll info for the rate. With redwood in BSC, we dont see that option anymore, Its that been taken out completely? User wont be able to see the element details from BSC?
