Delivery and Billing Details page not loading after 25B update.

When navigating from the Cart Page to the Edit Delivery and Billing Details page, the page continuously buffers and does not load properly.
Please find the attached screenshots for your reference.

The entire page becomes unresponsive, and users are unable to click the Cancel or Update button.
Could you please guide us on how to resolve this issue? What could be the root cause?
