After moving to Redwood inconsistent behavior in spotlight.

Hello Team,

After we enabled redwood we see that in spotlight some actions like Goals, Performance documents, Skills and Qualifications, Career direction e.t.c are missing but Personal details, Contact info, Employment info e.t.c are still appearing in spotlight even though we have enabled redwood profile option for these pages too.

  1. What is the reason for the different behavior ?
  2. Will Oracle disable these actions in the spotlight too ?
  3. Will Oracle remove the spotlight completely in future if yes what is the replacement for directory and Spotlight in Redwood for Employee, manager and HR ?
