Check_in template - enabling questionnaire box doesnt bring in TouchPoint questions

When creating Check-In Template and enabling the questionnaire box it doesn't bring in TouchPoint questionnaire however it brings in Performance 260 Questionnaires. How do you incorporate your TouchPoint subsciber questionnaires with Check-Ins?
