Tax (Estimated) is not getting calculated for the freight charge in the Order Management

During the Order capture , freight charges and estimated taxes are calculated (especially needed for pre-payment purposes). There are two levels of freight charges within the sales order:

1. Line-Level Freight Charge: This charge is associated with individual items and is added alongside the sales price (e.g., Sales Price: $100, Freight Charge: $20).
2. Order-Level Freight Charge: This charge is included as a separate freight item within the sales order.

Currently, we are encountering an issue where the order-level freight charge is correctly taxed as a freight item, but there is a problem with the taxation of the line-level freight charge. We are seeking insights from anyone who has experienced a similar issue and would appreciate any potential workarounds.
