Validation for country,gender,dob,tobacco not working for people to cover page creatre new contact

, tobacco , dob , gender are not even working , .
last one - national identifier is working weirdly , not allowing us to create contact even if i provide value to national identifiers's fields.
Help any one , I have tried advance expressions also.
