Redwood 25B InterOrganization Transfer Page Shipping Cost Now Mandatory Field

Hello,

It seems the Shipping Cost field has now become Mandatory / Required on InterOrganization Transfers for the Redwood InteOrganization Page.

Is this a bug as the non-redwood page, the Shipping Cost page is not mandatory or required? Please advise?

Also, is there a way that we can customise this field to remove the mandatory flag, As it loads from the page opening section - I cannot see the fields for customization in VBS. Have any customers been able to customize this field in VBS or any fields that appear in that pop out section please?
