Can you run a process and have the report/file generated from the process sent to a set folder?

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to have a process run adhoc or scheduled and when the process finishes the report output is sent to a file/folder location?

For example, if our AP team did a payment process request with a check run and once it completes, the output file is automatically sent to a folder that users can access?

This would avoid manually remembering and pulling the report every time the process completes.
