Unable to create Free Tier account verification email link fails

Summary:

I am trying to setup a free tier account but whenever I click on the link in the verification email I get the following error on the website:

 

Oops! We're sorry...It looks like something went wrong while processing your request. There are two things you can try: Refresh and start the sign-up process over, this problem may be temporary. Otherwise, if the problem persists you can contact chat support and we will make sure to get you through the sign-up process.

 

I have tried 3 different browser on 2 Pcs and a phone
