How to enable Candidate Search tab in Recruiting Activity Center without candidate profile option?

We need a way to enable Candidate Search tab in redwood experience page when employees click on 'Hiring' app from home page. As per release notes, ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option must be enabled to display Candidate Search tab.

As part of 25B Redwood Experience: Navigation Enhancements, landing page is getting replaced with a new page that would redirect users to RAC dashboard or Job Requisitions (based on user access) when they click on Hiring app. Candidate Search page gets displayed only if we enable the profile option ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED. This profile option is common for other candidate pages in ORC and would enable all pages in one go once we enable the profile option. We are having some blocker issues in candidate pages and not yet ready to enable those pages in production. Is there a
