BI Report Pulled Into a Dashboard Displays the Parameters in TEST Environment but not PROD

In our Production environment I pulled a report into a dashboard and I can’t view the report parameters when I open the dashboard. However, when I create this report and dashboard into our TEST environment I can view the report parameters. I followed the same process where I created the report and then created a dashboard.

  1. I created the report with a data model in BI Publisher
  2. I created simple parameter in the SQL data model
  3. I created a report with this data model
  4. I created a blank dashboard and pulled the report into the dashboard
  5. I ran the dashboard and in TEST I see the parameters but in PROD I don't.
