Job Offer Approval Email Attachments

Hello,

We're having an issue where most job offer approval emails contain an attachment of the candidate's resume. However, there seem to be some (maybe 10%) of them that do no attach the resume. Has anyone else encountered any inconsistency with attachments not being attached to the job approval email? If so, what was the solution?
