How to Enable/Installed Language in HCM

Hi,

Can someone help us on how to enable language in HCM.

We have some languages activated/installed and currently we want to enable the Portuguese language.

Checking the Manage Languages, there is no option to enable it.

If someone can provide steps to do it that would be very helpful. Thanks
