Competencies from Position Model Profile in S&Q

Summary:

Hi Team,

Competencies from position model profile are not getting displayed under Skills and Qualifications tab of an user who has the position mapped under model profile. However, the competencies section from person profile is displaying if we activate. How to display Competencies from position model profile under S&Q?
