'Order Attribute Update' business event for Sales order

We have enabled the 'Order Attribute Update' business event for Sales order Update on attribute 'Fulfillment Line→Scheduled Ship Date'.

We have integration which is getting triggered based on Schedule ship date updates.

But we are facing issue when we updates the Schedule ship date we are getting two business events triggered with same event code 'OrderAttributeUpdates' within seconds of interval.

Any idea what is the issue?
