MFA for service/system accounts in IAM domains

For accounts that we do not intend to be used by human users, how can we get around MFA without disabling it? When logging into the domain as one of these "service accounts", it will ask me to setup the MFA authenticator app, the problem is, this account is technically shared, and other folks within my team can also log into it. In that case, having the MFA tied to one individual's phone is not an option for us.
