Ability to change the field 'Organization' to 'Legal Entity' when creating Job Req.

Is there a way to change the field 'Organization' to 'Legal Entity' when creating Job Req. on the section 'requisition structure' to select only Legal entity from the list?

Goal: select only legal entity from the list

Reallity: organization tree with nodes are listed to be selected.
