Why is Take Again option appearing for ILTs even though it is disabled?

We have recently noticed that the Take Again option is appear for ILTs, but not for online items. I know this functionality was released in 25A, but we have it turned off. Is there a reason that it is happening? Also, it appears to be retroactive as it is showing up on ILTs completed in 2022.
