Issue with VBCS Application when embedded with Oracle Fusion

We have an Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) application (Counteroffer), which is embedded in Oracle Fusion Applications as a tile under the Order Management section.

When we run the Oracle VBCS application standalone, any error messages that appear always stay at the top of the page, even if we scroll up and down the application.
However, when the same application is embedded in Oracle Fusion, it behaves differently. Here’s the issue:

The error message stays at the top when the user scrolls up and down the page.

When the user scrolls down, the error message doesn’t stay fixed at the top, and it scrolls up with the page.
