  • Multilingual Language Support for AI-Generated Content: Responsys GenAI now produces high-quality marketing copy like email body copy, subject lines, SMS and push text in ten language including: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Arabic.
  • Campaign trigger APIs for Web push channel:
