Idea Number: 767865 - Defaulting primary ship to site in the sales order

Summary:

Though idea 767865 states its delivered, the functionality is not working. Can someone clarify what was delivered in 767865?

our current requirement:

A customer (organization) has multiple accounts.

Each account has ONLY 1 Bill-To and Ship-To.

Ship-to is marked primary

Ship-to is linked that that lonely Bill-To.

Expectation is when the Bill-to account is chosen on the order, the ship to address defaults based on the bill-to.

Since a customer can have 100s of accounts potentially like schools under a school district, addresses differ and need to have the correct address for route planning and accurate order delivery.

Having the user to manually choose the ship to address is not acceptable hence trying to understand what is delivered. Thanks!
