I am currently unable to view the Scanned Infotile on the Invoice landing page.

Summary:

I've created a custom role and assigned the following roles and privileges:

  • ORA_AP_WEBCENTER_IMAGE_INQUIRY_DUTY
  • ORA_AP_WEBCENTER_DOCUMENT_VIEW_DUTY
  • AP_VIEW_SCANNED_PAYABLES_INVOICES_PRIV

In addition, the user also has the Accounts Payables Manager and Accounts Payables Supervisor roles.

Despite this, the Scanned Infotile is not visible on the Invoice landing page in Payables. Has anyone else faced this issue? Are there any other roles, privileges, or configurations that need to be enabled to make the Scanned Infotile appear?
