Add image in RTF in Employer Description under Recruiting Content Library

Hi,
Am trying to add image in Employer Description under Recruiting Content Library.
Facing issue, as per document
"The maximum size of a notification is 15MB. If you exceed this limit, the notification might not be sent. To respect this limit, you can optimize images or logos in the notification."
Image is 10kb, tried to add URL mapping in career site Asset library same error appears.
Has anyone achieved adding Image or Logo in RTF under Recruiting Content Library.
